範例
求 x2 + y2 - 4x - 12 y + 24 = 0 過點 P(2 , 1) 的切線。
一般地,這樣的切線有二條 : y = m1 x + c1 ; y = m2 x + c2 ,在執行程式前,須先行把曲線方程的系數依次輸入 K1,K2,K3,K4,K5,K6 中,程式啟動後,輸入 P 的座標,結果會順序顯示 m1,c1 ; m2,c2 。
輸入 A =1, B = 0, C = 1, D=-4, E =-12, F = 24, a = 2 , b = 1 至 P1

二條切線是 : y = - 0.75 x + 2.5 ; y = 0.75 x - 0.5。
